FAQ
RD Valeting carries its own spotless purified water in the van, so no tap is needed. However, we do require access to a standard 13A plug socket for our equipment. If you're at a workplace, please check this is available before booking.
A reasonably flat area is helpful, but not essential. A driveway, car park space, or quiet road in front of your home all work well. Just ensure we have enough room to move around the vehicle.
Yes — we can accommodate vans, large SUVs, and prestige vehicles. Please call or WhatsApp us directly for pricing as this varies by vehicle size and condition.
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the job. We'll always let you inspect the car before you pay.
Light rain doesn't affect most of our work, particularly interior packages. For exterior treatments that require a dry surface (like sealants), we'll let you know and we can reschedule if needed — at no charge to you.
For most drivers, a Maintenance package every 4–6 weeks keeps the car in great condition. A Full Valet every 3–4 months is recommended. One-off Deep Cleans are ideal for pre-sale prep or after heavy use.
